Service Description
(Content warning: Gore, violence, a lot of horrible things you generally witness in game cut scenes and trailers) It's become very popular recently for voice actors to be asked to do dubbing / ADR in video game live sessions. As many as around 1 in 4 of video game jobs require some sort of dubbing these days in my personal experience. This may vary from actor to actor. Often they just throw this at you with no warning. What we'll do: - Learn some dubbing terminology like "wild", "chasing", "OM/CM" - Talk about how studios often handle dubbing, techniques, script format etc. - Dub over video game cut scenes and trailers, voicing lines, efforts (big and small) - Dub to audio, where you hear the line in one language, and match the cadence and emphasis in English Hopefully you'll leave with some practical experience of what to do if they throw this at you in a session! - 8 performers maximum - No prior voice acting experience required!

To cancel or reschedule, please contact 12 hours in advance. Classes, Workshops and Coaching are non-refundable. Class/Workshop cancellations with over 12 hours notice, can book another class instead, please contact Sarah directly (sarah@nightingale-voices.com). More than one cancellation/reschedule of classes/workshops will result in you having to pay again. Private Coaching sessions can be rescheduled anytime.
